We aim to ensure that all artworks are carefully packaged and delivered safely.
Smaller artworks and objects are typically shipped using Royal Mail or Parcel Force via tracked and signed services.
Larger or more valuable works may be delivered using specialist art couriers to ensure safe handling and transportation.
Delivery times may vary depending on the size of the artwork and your location. Once your purchase has been confirmed, we will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery time where necessary.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, value of the artwork, and the delivery destination.
If you have any specific delivery requests or require international shipping, please contact us and we will be happy to provide a quote.
Collection from the Gallery
You are welcome to collect purchased artworks from the gallery.
Please contact us in advance so we can ensure the artwork is ready for collection.

Damaged Artwork
All artworks are carefully packaged before dispatch. However, in the unlikely event that your artwork arrives damaged, please notify us immediately upon receipt.
If possible, please retain the original packaging and provide photographs of the damage so that we can resolve the issue quickly.
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 14 days of receiving the artwork.
To be eligible for a return, the artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
Please contact us before returning an artwork so we can arrange the return process.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the artwork is faulty or damaged on arrival.
Refunds
Once the artwork has been returned and inspected, we will process a refund to the original payment method.
Please allow a reasonable amount of time for the refund to appear depending on your payment provider.
